Welcome to Astro Pups. By using this website and/or making a purchase from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Sizing and Measurements:
You acknowledge that you have measured your dog and read each individual size chart for the product/s you are purchasing, as product sizes may vary.
2. Sizing Responsibility:
Astro Pups is unable to take responsibility for sizing issues. Please carefully read the sizing guide for each specific product before placing your order. If you are uncertain, kindly email us your dog's neck and chest measurements before making a purchase.
3. Shipping:
You understand and agree to the shipping terms of the courier service used for delivery. Please refer to the shipping information provided on the website. As a small business, currently, we exclusively ship to addresses within Australia. For the latest updates, kindly follow our social media pages. Please note that domestic orders may take 1-6+ business days for dispatch.
4. Pre-Orders:
If you place an order for a pre-order item/s, your entire order will be shipped once all products become available. If you urgently need an in-stock product before the pre-order item is available, please place separate orders.
5. Address Details:
You are responsible for providing accurate address details when placing an order. In the event of a parcel being returned to us marked 'return to sender,' the buyer must pay the postage fee for re-delivery.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations:
Once your order has been placed, we do not guarantee cancellations or refunds. If you need to make changes to your order, contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist before your order has been dispatched.
7. Returns & Exchanges:
Please read our returns & exchange policy carefully. We do not provide refunds for change of mind. If an item needs to be returned or exchanged, the return shipping will be free of charge. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and condition. For returned products, you will be offered either a refund or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. Price Adjustments:
Price adjustments or partial refunds will not be provided if you have ordered a full-priced item and the product is on sale shortly after.
9. Parcel Delivery Instructions:
All orders will be posted with 'Authority to Leave', if you wish for your order to be posted with 'Signature On Delivery', please let us know in the notes section. When no request is made for a parcel with 'Signature on Delivery', you acknowledge that Astro Pups and its representatives will not be liable for any loss or damage to the parcel in accordance with this authority.
10. Order Cancellation by Astro Pups:
Astro Pups reserves the right to cancel your order if we are unable to provide the products subject to your order. In such a case, we will contact you. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense, or damage (either direct or consequential) resulting from such cancellation.
11. Product Guarantee:
Astro Pups guarantees its accessories and pet products at the time of purchase against any defects. If you experience any problems with our products, please contact us.
12. Use of Products:
Inspect all items for wear prior to use. Astro Pups is not liable for any injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products.

Our Guarantee: Astro Pups products are made from high-quality and durable materials; however, they are not indestructible. We guarantee our accessories at the time of purchase against any defects.
