Refund policy

If the item you bought doesn't fit, isn't right for your pup, or doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us at info@astropups.com.au to start the return process.

To qualify for a return, the items must be unused, in their original packaging and condition, and returned within 30 days of purchase. A return label will be included in your order for your convenience. Once we receive the returned item at our headquarters, we'll either refund your purchase or exchange the item for another of equal value, allowing you to try a different size or product.

Please note that Astro Pups will cover the shipping costs for a hassle-free experience. However, shipping costs are non-refundable, and we don't accept returns for a change of mind.

Also, please understand that clearance products cannot be returned or exchanged.
